Do I need to be there, or prepare the property?+

No. There is no shoot and no visit. We produce your film entirely from the photographs already on your listing, so there is nothing to schedule and no guest disruption.

What do you need from me?+

Your listing link, your property details, and the agreement. Two minutes in the form below. We handle everything else and deliver in five business days.

Where can I use the film?+

Anywhere: your listing, your direct booking site, Instagram, TikTok, ads, and guest emails. On full payment the film is yours to use to market your property, permanently.

What does it cost, really?+

A flat $500. No travel fees, no licensing surprises; the music is properly licensed and included. Nothing is charged until you approve the finished film.

What if I do not love it?+

One round of revisions is included, and you approve a preview before anything is charged. You see the film first; that is the whole point.

Will it look like my actual property?+

Yes. The film is built from your own listing photographs, and you review and approve it before delivery. Full production details are in the service agreement below.

How the film is made

Your walkthrough is produced by our studio from your existing listing photographs using AI-assisted image-to-video production. It is a stylized, promotional presentation of your property, and you review and approve it before delivery. You remain responsible for your listing accurately representing the property. No specific booking or revenue result is guaranteed.

Photo rights

You confirm you own or hold all rights to the photos in your listing, including any photographer's rights, and you grant Vectro (Altoria Development Group, LLC) a license to use and adapt those photos solely to create and deliver your film, and to show the finished film in our portfolio unless you opt out.

Fees and delivery

Flat pricing as selected above. Nothing is charged until you approve the finished preview. Delivered within five business days (or 48 hours expedited). One round of minor revisions included.

Your rights

On full payment you receive a perpetual license to use the film to market your property anywhere. Liability is limited to fees paid.
